Welcome to the Jaimini Masterclass course offered by Vaidehi Rama. By enrolling in this program, students acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines ensure a respectful, secure, and high-quality learning environment for all participants 1. Enrollment & Attendance Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the required course fee and submission of all necessary details. Students are assigned to a specific batch based on availability and scheduling. To qualify for the Free Repeat (One Time) option, students must complete their first assigned batch with a minimum of 80 percent attendance and successfully finish required coursework. The repeat option can be availed only once and should be requested within 30 days of batch completion. 2. Fees, Refunds & Dropouts All course fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Students who discontinue, withdraw, or remain absent for the remainder of the course are not eligible for any refund, fee adjustment, or batch transfer. In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), students may request deferral, which will be considered at the institute’s discretion. However, deferral does not guarantee a free repeat or refund. If a batch is cancelled by the institute before commencement, students may receive a refund or shift to another available batch. Monthly payments made under an EMI or installment plan are not linked to the number of classes conducted in a given month. Each class carries different weightage, and classes are interlinked as part of a structured curriculum. Therefore, if a student leaves the course voluntarily at any point, they are not eligible for any refund, partial refund, or proration request based on the number of classes attended. 3. Behaviour & Classroom Conduct Students must maintain professionalism and respect throughout the course. Any form of arrogance, disruption, misconduct, harassment, or disrespect toward the teacher or fellow students will result in immediate removal from the course without refund. Offensive, discriminatory, or abusive communication will not be tolerated. 4. Course Material & Intellectual Property All recordings, notes, presentations, methods, and frameworks used in the course are the exclusive intellectual property of Vaidehi Rama & RK System of Vedic Astrology. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, reproducing, distributing, or uploading class recordings or learning material in any form. If a student is found sharing recordings or content: A financial penalty will be imposed. Access to all remaining classes and materials will be permanently suspended. The institute may initiate legal action to protect its intellectual property. 5. Consultations & Doubt Support Course enrollment does not include free personal horoscope consultations or one-on-one readings. Doubts addressed during class must be limited to course-specific topics only. Personal guidance or private sessions, if needed, will be charged separately. 6. Privacy & Data Protection Student information (name, contact number, email, payment details) may be used for course-related communication, certificates, and administrative purposes. Vaidehi Rama does not share or sell student information to third parties. 7. Schedule, Rescheduling & Modifications Vaidehi Rama reserves the right to modify class schedules, or update course structure when required. In the event of schedule changes, students will be notified in advance. The institute is not responsible for indirect expenses incurred by students (travel, accommodation, loss of time, etc.) due to schedule changes. 8. Learning Responsibility & Disclaimer The course is an educational program aimed at building knowledge and skills in Vedic astrology. Vaidehi Rama does not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or professional success as a result of completing the course. Students are responsible for how they apply course learnings in their personal or professional life. 9. Suspension & Termination Vaidehi Rama reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the course at any time if a student violates these Terms & Conditions. No refund or repeat eligibility will be provided in such cases. 10. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the course, the student confirms that they: Have read and understood all Terms & Conditions listed on this page. Agree to comply with all course policies regarding attendance, behaviour, intellectual property, privacy, and payment. Understand that the institute has full discretion in enforcing these rules.
