At Vaidehi Rama, we’re committed to providing valuable astrology consultations and learning experiences. Because of the nature of our offerings (intangible services and digital guidance), the following applies:

 1. Consultation Services

• Non-Refundable: Once a consultation session (online or in-person) is booked and confirmed, refunds are not offered due to the personalized and time-based nature of the service.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will accommodate a new date/time based on availability.

• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for scheduled consultations without prior notice will not be eligible for refund or rebooking.

 2. Courses, Workshops & Digital Products

• Access Begins on Enrollment: Once full access to a course, masterclass, or digital product is granted, no refunds will be processed.

• Cancelled Programs: If we cancel a course or workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward another program of equal value.

3. Subscription & Memberships

Subscription packages (if offered) renew automatically. Refunds on recurring payments are not permitted unless the charge was made in error.
