There are days when nostalgia doesn’t knock gently — it crashes into you like a tidal wave, catching you off guard. Today was one of those days. A song by my favourite singer played in the background, and suddenly, memories I hadn’t thought of in years came rushing back with all their colours, warmth, and ache. It was as if every note carried a fragment of the past.

My Jyotishi mind couldn’t help but ask: what is it in the chart that links the words, memory, and emotion so deeply? How does the music of yesterday stir the soul today?
